Really it's a calculated gamble.
No coincidence they jogged fat Sam this season. They are hoping the extra spend and subsidised loan deals & Bilic can break them into top 4 or EL.
They have splashed out nearly £30m on Payets's contract before inked dried, bought out Lanzini loan for £9m to keep fans/ attract more.
They are doing this because they have won the stadium lottery and will not be at Upton Park shackled with debt and no means to increase revenue.
They are hoping that the team does something and the they get bought out.
I still want to know the one off sum they have agreed if they sell within 10 years.
It's probably a rare copy of Playbird/Whitehouse with young Karen Brady's cunt splayed out for all to see. It would be worth a fortune.
A man who use his girlfriend in Porn films to make some cash - & has the gaul to release more after she tops herself - who called it freedom fighting is not to be trusted.

I can't work out how to post the table in reply mate but the figures are in the contract I think it's 7.5% upto £150 mill. Then anything upto 30% on an increasing scale. Ultimately it will mean fuck all sadly. It won't deny the Dildo boys the money they don't deserve.

The club will be sold well in excess of what it was bought for to some fucking idiot from the Middle East. What they are buying is nothing more than a brand as this mob own pretty much feck all else. But someone will buy it and we will have City / Cheatski senairo all over again. I love Spurs, I fucking hate football. If that makes sense.....
 
I answered my own question with google and found a guardian article from 2008 that explains it was Sullivan...

That stadium is turning into the white elephant. Not sure even with the Spanners being the tenants in that place will still be going in 10-15 years. Look at Juve and the Delle Alpi. How long before they are on the move again for somewhere more traditional with a proper footballing atmosphere?
 
It makes sense really. You can fit all the kids in and still tow the caravan with one of these

I work with one who used to think the sun shone out of west hams Arse, all he mentions now is how many black players start each game..

After Sunday's game he never mentioned the score or any of the decisions, he just came in and said " started 7 black players fuckng joke"
There are plenty that hate the amount of black players they have. When you consider their background it's not that surprising.

I find it weird that East London is quite a diverse area these days, yet historically it's home to the types with some questionable views. The amount of people from other ethnic backgrounds there you'd think a lot of them would be attending the Spanners games.

I have a friend of mixed descent that is a season ticket holder, how he puts up with some of the hate fuelled shit there I have no idea? Guess it's the same as Baddiel at the Chavs they close their ears to it.
 
I think it's a combination of new immigrant fans vs old historic community. My dad grew up in the East End and is a Hammers fan albeit lapsed. It used to be simply you support the team in your local area and your kid and your kids kid would do the same mostly (not in my case).

Around the 60/70's the government threw hundreds of thousands of East Enders out to Essex and at the same time many immigrants filled the void. The old East Enders still followed West Ham but the new immigrants (as they would) only knew the bigger teams really so Woolwich, United, Liverpool etc and followed them meaning you had kids growing up near Upton Park supporting Woolwich.

No question the Arse fan base is the most diverse while West Ham is still old East Ender community linked. Probably why Hammers fans are quite aggressive and Woolwich fans so smug.
