Of course not Joe. I enjoy it as much as any other. As for what England has done to Cornwall, it's a very long story which I'd be happy to fill you in on. However, much as I joined the armed forces as a silly proud Englishman, I understand that the difference was lost a long time ago.
It doesn't help that I am currently in Cornwall, reinvigorating my identity.
I love Cornwall, but sometimes I wish we would simply call your bluff and give you what you want. Good luck building an economy on shit pasty servings, holiday homes, and anti-Devon beer mats.

Joe, while I'm not one of the 'big' posters on here, I would hope that both the frequency and content of my posts (always willing to meet up for a beer etc) shows that I am at the very least genuine. Now, much as we are all Spurs fans, it's very clear that we are, most of us, from different backgrounds - whether that be Yanks, or the majority of us who are closer to home. Neither of which is any better or worse than the other IMHO.
The fact is that I happen to be very proud of my heritage - regardless of what you, or indeed I, reckon of it. Which is also fine.
If I'm wrong, then I am sorry, but I don't have any issue with declaring myself Cornish rather than English - in the same way as I don't have any issue with you setting your avatar (for example) as an emblem which historically has profoundly negative connotations for myself and, more specifically, my Irish wife.
None of this was that recent, sure - but neither was 1962 - and yet it remains wholly ingrained in the DNA of our club.
Could have done with any VAR in our game my man. Fucking hell. It was WWE Raw on Kane. How he didn’t get at least one penalty is beyond most of us. Manhandled in the box more times than Katie Price.
That's the thing with VAR, it's so uneven. The penalty France was awarded against Australia was ridiculous, the defender didn't even touch Greaseman and it was thanks to VAR that they went ahead. Today was also a good example, with the most blatant foul being Kane receiving a rugby tackle. Can we all just agree that referees will get it wrong and move on? The game is fine as it is, if anything we need harshest referees when it comes to diving.

So, Kane is the best but we new that, Trippier came of age, Loftus Cheek needs a cheeky bid, Sterling and Lingard need dropping, some Italian geezer hates England but supports an English team, someone has a Cornish wife so hates England because of the Sheep Wars on Piggy Fields 5000 years ago, Liverpool fans won’t cheer England because Harry Kane doesn’t play for them and Woolwich fans know how to put all these twats to shame and get behind the players.
