Everyone needs their own kind of motivation. I once had to do a team talk, and I'm not one for all the emotional, inspiring kind of thing. I prefer to keep it simple and focus on one or two things. But others on the team took the piss out of me a bit, because it wasn't the most inspiring. Each to their own.
