2018 FIFA WORLD CUP RUSSIA 14th June - 15th July

Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

Watched the match again with the benefit of a hangover. We didn’t create much, but Colombia were hell bent on spoiling throughout.
It wasn’t a great match, but the atmosphere in the pub and after the game was brilliant. Proper carnival.
Big shout out to Trippier. Thought he was MOTM. Perhaps should have done better with the goal but that is nit picking. As others have said it was a conspiracy of clusterfucks that gifted Mina that header. Cool penalty from him too.
And Dier...bloody hell. Balls of steel. Just knew he was going to score.
Upwards and onwards.

Some tactical analysis. It was so noisy in the pub last night I could hardly work out what was happening so have no idea whether it's accurate or not.

Did England vs Colombia expose Gareth Southgate's major tactical flaw?

We've got some great players and they gel together really well, but I'm less confident about Southgate's in game management.

Can't really see the point of analysing Southgate tbh he's there by default after Fat Sam was caught whoring himself out for more money even tho he already had possibly the best paid part time job in the world, Southgate was written off by most before he'd even began doesn't come with a reputation and has already far exceeded expectations , don't really see the point in trying to expose his limitations now , he's an unknown quantity that's been thrown in at the deep end let the man swim !

Watch Dier after the save from Pickford, so focused on his job

One thing I caught from that video is that both Hendo and Rashford had a "tell". They had their eyes glued on the where they were sending the ball. Even when Rashford was doing his run up to try and trick Ospina he was still looking towards the left (for him) corner. Difference between Rash and Hendo was that Rash just had a better shot.
