He was ok as a central midfielder and we need someone shielding the defence and another body in midfield. Of course he has a brain fart in him but at least it will be further up the pitch. Unfortunately there is not much point debating the matter since we all know we are going to have the tried, tested and failed tactic of 2 in midfield allowing the out of form AC Milan team time and space on the ball to rebuild their own fragile confidence
