Ange is a good manager, but f**k me ... why does he wait and wait to make a change when we are getting over run?. It was blindingly obvious after 5 mins of the 2nd half that we desperately needed to make a change and yet he waited another 20 minutes before doing anything and by then the game was lost. Pathetic management.
Be nice if we could at least change it up a bit at times. 2-0 we have plenty of players that can hurt them on the break.

This game is on Ange due to his very weak man management today. He did not help team from the bench today, comparing to Brighton coach. Udogie was cooked in defence since this error at 1st goal, Ange could at least send Spence for warming up just in case if things go worse. Or Dragu so VDV could go on left. After 2:2 you have to change something, but no, first sub - lets put Sarr out there when we are already down 1 goal for like 7 minutes. Nothing against Pape, he made our defence more solid, but what's the point when we are 1 goal behind? I get making it at 55 when we are still up with 1 goal. And last thing, if you don't put out there someone as a sub from Gray/Bergvall/Radu/Spence - then it tells you what our manager think about they position within squad. They can grab minutes in PL only if someone is hurt, or we are 3 goals ahead.

You can't come to this league and try and mug it off.
It demands you have your tactical shit together - shape, movement, discipline, phase development/management, cohesion.
You can't wilfully just neglect one side and be totally rely on your bias to pull you through.

at 3-2 just look at our shape when we have the ball, its like everyone is up front in a line bar the CB's and the odd midfielder, thats so easy to defend against. if anything they look more like getting another when we resort to that shit.
