But please explain to me, when they players look like costing us a game, what is the job of the manager as he see players lost, making mistakes, having horrible day, etc.?
BHA players in the first half almost looked like Spurs players in the 2nd half. What did their manager do? Was Ange waiting for a 3rd half?

What a fucking stupid thing to say. How is the manager absolved of all the blame? Maybe he should’ve reminded the players that no fucking club has won a game at half time? Maybe he could’ve subbed some players at the very least before we conceded our second, if he’s really not willing to change his system?
Not a fraud but i think its becoming increasingly clear we'll never have the level of consistancy needed to do much of note. When everything clicks we'll look really good at times but football at this level will bite you in the arse when you're not on it or switch off for 30 mins. Horribly unfashionable i know but sometimes you have to dig in and grind out a result or manage a game when you're 2-0 up. The idea that you can play perfect, attacking, silky football game in game out is the philiosphy of Ossie Ardiles.
I think fraud is a bit harsh, but he's certainly lowered expectations among the fanbase to unprecedented levels of acceptance.
Although I don't blame him personally for that. I blame the appointment itself.

Thats the problem. Im only slightly annoyed where before id be furious. Nothing changes. Actually jealous of the older fabs who got to watch us win stuff often or at least compete

But there is no-one who expected our players to come out second half and play how they did. Not one. The players stopped being able to pass it to each other. They forgot how to tackle. Forgot how to kick the fucking ball!
So he failed to prepare them properly for the second half.

People were getting giddy over wins against two pub european sides and a last gasp victory over Coventry.
Granted our win against United was good but let's not forget the state of them right now. But we had people on here going "I told you so" at the ones who are totally unconvinced about Ange. Sorry but no. Today was a big test and we completely fucked it. Extremely concerning because games like today is exactly what I fear we will see under Ange. Basketball games, it's just rolling a dice and won't bring sustained success.
He won't be able to lead a team to a high PL finish because it's too gung ho, he won't adapt to pragmatic at times to secure the win.
When you look at even the best most successful sides. Eg barca under pep,united under fergie. These sides were resilient and could do both sides of the game. For all of the attacking play that barca team produced they were just as good on the defensive side of things. This way will never ever produce that at the top level of the game. All this we don't care as long as we play attacking football bollocks after conte we'll this is the result of that. Who gives a fuck if you play well for 45 minutes and have more shots when you fucking lose. Sick and tired of this loser mentality. Well you've got your 4-3s and 3-2s now. That's all that matters that was entertainment I guess for some

Professionals don't get reminded they need to pass to each other and tackle and actually kick the ball at halftime then it's to be expected that they play like 5 year olds in the second half.
Geez Ange has his flaws - I think Bentancur should have been off half time as I thought he was awful first half and he definitely should have made subs earlier than he did - but the players need to take the majority of the responsibility for that second half.
How tf do you become a head coach and see that happening and not realize you need to do something? It's really bizarre- like some kind of mental-block, thought-paralysis type shit.
He allowed it. He could have made 5 subs when he saw the awful way they played. But he waited until it was 10 minutes left and only made 3 subs.
And I agree he should have made the changes earlier.
When you really look at it, football has been shit since the Premier League started.
Most fans are as hooked to the false hope that one day it will be ours turn but the reality is that it probably won’t and that’s exactly what the premier league product really is.
