Anyone wanting to defend this fraud - how many teams competing for the top 4 in the prem, la liga, serie a, bundesliga would actually employ Ange?

Who plays these tactics and has success?

I cant think of any team who has the "we'll just try and outscore you" mentality and being wide open all the game.
It's like Bielsa - it's a fun ride for a few months before it all comes crashing down with a million injuries and heavy losses.

There's a reason most team dont consider playing like this yet Ange is arrogant enough to believe he will be proven right.
It's s like a daring new ride at an amusement park that looks like it's gonna be great fun to try out and mid way through you find out it's horrible and wish you never had and want to get off.

Two games defined and ultimately will prove the end of Ange:

1. This same fixture last season. Sure at the time the high line with 9 men seemed brave and principled, but in reality it gave us the first glimpse of his stupidity and lack of in game management.

2. Brighton away this season. We were coming off 5 or 6 wins on the spin, and that first half was the first time under Ange we've played with genuine swagger. It all melted away and the players haven't recovered since.

I remember- I think I was first one to get on that hill- posts are all still there in case any haters want to go check it all.

Amazing what some can see well before others.

Respect John Thomas 🫡
the chelsea game last year was what done it for me, maddest shit ive ever seen. theres actually spurs fans that applauded that...funny enough they are the same idiots that still think to give him the season!!! some people are beyond fucking thick.

I think one thing he should understand is the high octane nature of the EPL will mean his way will require players to run even more and in higher intensity in any other leagues he has managed. The players injuries are pointing to this - they are not getting any fitter as we all would think. The limit is hitting and what he deems workable is really back firing.

At 2-0 up, it's the perfect way of shoring up the midfield at least, if not the back, to keep our intensity manageable instead of trying to match them all the way. We couldn't last and we pay the price yet again, losing points and players, like last season. Really sick.

I don't see the point in keeping Ange any longer to be honest. We are going absolutely nowhere with this playground football. We get the odd good result, the odd great half of football. More often than not, it's a fucking mess and every game turns into a lottery.

If we look at it objectively, baring a few who didn't want Ange at all, I think the majority of us wanted Ange to work out. Even with all the mitigating factors (like losing Kane, Son now a shadow of himself, a rash of injuries and Bentancur ban) this experiment has run its course. It was clearly to soon to bring back Cuti and VdV
Every season since we sacked Poch it’s been a transitional season.

Without fail.

And I can’t see Ange making Xmas at this rate. Let alone the end of the season.

Is this the biggest indicator Levy / ENIC just don’t know what they are doing in terms of football?

How do we break this cycle? Or just accept this is Tottenham under ENIC.
Only one way to break the cycle. New owners. However there is more chance of finding Lord Lucan than Levy selling the golden goose. Factor in how broken the fan base is i.e. they can't organise a protest then it's unfortunately more of the same for the foreseeable future.

He will get the Rangers game and if we get nothing from that, it’ll be curtains.

Levy will look at Southampton as a “soft” landing for a new or interim manager to take control.

We’ll drop points against Southampton.

I love this club.

School playground tactics. Way to frenetic. Need a blanced tactical manager and modern. Ange isnt right man. Cant trust him to go upto rangers either. Otherwise another shot in the fooy. I think he will be sacked tomoght or tomorroe.

A smart manager would have started Dragu. He's been good recently and played well today. Now both CB's got injured straight away. Don't think Romero is much of a loss but Micky is.
And then starting BJ again. The right wing is non existent when BJ is there. OK, was lucky to get an assist from a slip but apart from that..

Ange was gifted a 2-0 lead and still went on to lose. It's not going to get any better. Look where we are in the league.

I think he's done. Will another manager do better?

Maybe not. Ange has been pissing away money. £50 m for Johnson. That says it all. He's clueless!
