My point is why choose Iraola now when he could have chosen him ahead of Ange in the first place:ange-facepalm2:........can you not see what kind of a fool is running this club?
I admire levy for running us off the pitch. But on the pitch is where it matters. Imo levy dont understand the logic making marquee signings and spending big. Instead he spends big on infrastructure as sees that as an investment. Its not full on under him on the pitch.

now you don't care about the semi final and have already given up any chance of beating liverpool, maybe this is why mourinho had to be sacked on the eve of a cup final, he might have won it and brought some success but you people are only happy when you're unhappy

Dude I answered this here:

My point is that ironically the Ange outers don't have a Plan B and why is that because they know there's no guarantees of things getting any better.

My question was about now by the way, not the Summer, I fully expect us to sack him if things carry on like this all season in the Summer and he would have more than deserved it but what does sacking him now actually achieve, has anyone actually thought about the alternative scenario for the rest of the season because it's clear they haven't.
Well, if it was me, I’d offer a King’s ransom to get Poch back.

Fully understand and accept that, for many, he’s burned his bridge with us. Won’t argue that.

But he’s knows the club inside out, sorted out the Chav debacle (which I know think they’re benefitting from) , would work really well with the likes of Gray and VdV and has the weighty experience to steer the club through turbulent times.

If not him, no idea. I see nothing in either Irola or Silva to suggest they would have any success with us.

Shady, why do you expect clowns like us on the internet to be able to provide you a list of available managers? Should we know their contractual status too?

I would expect the club, at all times, to be aware of each and every manager across the top five leagues, as well as South America and the United States.

They should, at the very least, already be planning for a replacement in the Summer.

I mean, the only names that we can sensibly offer are the likes of Silva, Irola etc. But then you have more distant options like Alonso, Nagelsmann or Terzic. And who knows, maybe Daniel might even try to tempt Poch back.

It’s the entire point of a functioning and effective Football Operation.

What happens if we lose the next three and are in 15th or 16th?

Yeah but this is the club that as you say at all times has names of potential future managers......like they must have when they appointed Ange i guess :ange-facepalm:

I mean he's just taken the US job so I guess he's out the question.

The other 2 is a Summer change which is kinda proving my point really isn't it?

Yeah, it's a disgrace that fans are unhappy after losing and conceding 6 goals at home.

The chairman sacked Mourinho on the eve of the cup final, not the fans......the very same chairman who walked into the club and sacked George Graham a few weeks before an Fa cup semi final in 2001. ....... unfortunately our owners don't want to win trophies

I want to thank you Sir Archibald Crooks Sir Archibald Crooks kingdawson kingdawson Cranston Cranston you see clearly what has happened and have tried in the face just insane denial to calmly point it out. You have exhibited much more patience than me not resorted to cursing people out.

But its increasingly odd that every time the man is exposed the cultist double down. They focus on Levy or injuries and are willfully blind to the football we have played exacerbated the injury issues. That the tactical nativity is being brutally exposed by any semi competent coach. Then they say no one can replace him when the reality is anyone could. You guys remind me of the Orwell axiom

"There was truth and there was untruth, and if you clung to the truth even against the whole world, you were not mad.” - George Orwell, 1984

More like they couldn’t give a fuck whether we do or not!

just isolate it and put it down to the unique situation of today

spurs squad is weakened due to injury and suspension, they had to play a heavily condensed schedule culminating in this

but im talking about people basically writing us off in the cup semi final, not understanding the exact situation that spurs will be much stronger for that semi final

and yes you have history here, mourinho getting sacked to prevent him winning a trophy for you
