I still think Ange could do very well at Spurs, but only if he builds in stages.
But he shown that he won't, he's not prepared to gradually work towards his vision of how the game should be played.
Instead he's tried to do it 100% from day one, without having the players to be able to do it.
It would be best for him and Spurs if he went. Perhaps he'd be good at one of the better Championship sides where he'd have a chance of fielding the best players in that league.
But it's just not working at Spurs and there's nothing to indicate it'll get any better.
I previously said Spurs might as well give him the next window, but I don't see the point now. He's too inflexible.
The injuries have been bad, but the damage caused by them wouldn't have been as bad if he'd have changed his tactics to mitigate for them. Even just something as simple as telling Forster just to hoof it up the park instead of trying to be a sweeper.
