Levy’s position is simple.
If he sacks Ange and we go out of Europa, Levy gets blame for the loss, having done basically the same thing he did to José.
If he keeps Ange we’re certain to go out because Ange is lower than an amateur, but Levy doesn’t get the lion’s share of the blame. Most of it will fall on Ange, who he’ll send out as the scapegoat.
