I actually loathe the bloke now. I can see right through his 'charmng, down-to-earth, banter', and recognise him for the insecure, phony bully he really is.
Could even stomach his obnoxious character if he was even semi-competent.
Never has a manager deserved the sack more.

His post match presser was just horrible. Repeating the same thing over and over again. I don't know wtf game he was watching. He's so delusional in his own world my god. It's getting scary because nothing will get through him that we are really poor and some changes need to be done as he's so full of beliefs about himself. Levy needs to end his fantasy, our misery.

I know this point has been beaten to death already, but I just cannot fathom how Levy and co thought he was the best they could do. Despite everything we had still finished 8th before we appointed him, and this is a league where bottom halfers/relegation fodders such as Palace, West Ham and Wolves attract former EL winners like Glasner and Lopetegui, or at least ones like Pereira and Lage that won the more prestigious -than SPL that is- Portuguese league. Neither is this comparable to the recruitment of Gross due to their respective ages when each was brought in here.

Bringing a manager with Ange's CV to a club of this stature AND giving him a 4 year deal makes me want to disregard Hanlon's razor, which prescribes that you should never attribute to malice that which can adequately be explained by stupidity.

We got Ali Dia'd, no other way to put it.

Conte and Mourinho showed a million times more respect to the club. Mourinho genuinely wanted to win every game and never threw the players under the bus. Conte was angry because he genuinely wanted to do well at spurs and had legitimate frustrations with the way the club is being run. Both had the credentials to back them up.

With Ange though there seems to be a real distain for the club and that he seemed to see it as a stepping stone to bigger and better things. You get the sense it was always about “the Ange show” rather than about progressing spurs as a club.

this is levys biggest blunder since hes been here, and theres been plenty.

25 years of failure and he's actually gone backwards now. this is what you get when someone who isnt a football person tries to get involved in football. he hasn't got a clue.

i cant remember who it was (might of even been alex ferguson) but i remember seeing a famous manager say that the chairman he was working for didn't understand that there were levels in the game basically. the manager had to explain to him theres a big difference between a premier league player and a championship player. you cant train a championship player to be a top premier league player, theres limits to their talent.

this is the same situation but with the manager role.

Nicked this from elsewhere so hoping it is correct…

Tottenham’s Worst PL Seasons by Losses:

1993-94 : 19 lost
1997-98 : 17 lost
2003-04 : 16 lost
2024-25 : 15 lost (not out -9 more games to go)
2013-14 : 14 losses
2019-20 : 13 losses

Ange Postecoglou on course to be the worst PL Tottenham manager...
