Such a weird feeling. Honestly the worst league performance in my lifetime (including the 90’s) but really inspired loyalty from the players and drove hard for the cup victory.

Thanks for the Europa League Ange! You will forever be fondly rembered for that. The right decision to part ways though although I can't say I'm confident we're gonna get the next decision right, whether it will be Frank who replaces him or someone else.

I don't wanna excited you all, but for months I've had a note in my work calendar for 5pm tonight.
My wife is going out.
Her name is Angela.
I put "Ange out" in the calender and just got a reminder.

30 mins till announcement...
You've been looking at my diary

No sticking with a guy who had 22 defeats with the resources he had at his disposal whilst us looking to be "uncoached" the vast majority of the season, he should have gone months ago, and should be nowhere near the club beginning of this next season.
We are not Ipswich for example where McKenna despite losing 24 matches will keep his role and rightly so, because he did decent job with his resources.

9th richest club in world does not equate to being the 7th best team in your own city.
7th best team in your own city at one moment in time. We were 2nd best last year or does that not fit the agenda?

I'm not gonna celebrate him going, if it is even true, he won us a trophy after all.

It's the right decision, it's one I feel is right for the club overall but there's always a tinge of sadness about a manager going that I've felt about every manager who's lost their job at Spurs. I felt a tinge of sadness for Poch, Jose, Conte and even Nuno. I wanted Nuno shot out of a cannon at one point but I still felt for the guy.

I still feel bad for Sherwood :D
