I remember he said in an interview that he hated Italian football, and this video didn’t sound that scripted either.
Sounds like my kind of manager tbh.
Other than his top level experience, my one niggling doubt is his apparent stance of never compromising his tactics. Hopefully he can still be flexible when needed.

This is a misconception about him, he doesn’t compromise on his overall philosophy of attacking football, he can and will change tactics if he has to.
Could be from any league. The comparative strength of that league doesn't necessarily have a bearing on the ability of the player. Mahrez, Kante, Modric, Fernandez and a plethora of other top quality players ALL came from weaker leagues.

Why spend £60M on a player if you get the same, or better, output and results from someone who cost £6M? Especially when we've seen that spending shit loads is far from a guarantee that you'll get what you think you're paying for.
I wouldn't have a problem with it, particularly as he's explained the context he used it in.
I think he's wrong, as Levy has actually made the club bigger and stronger, outside of what we have on the pitch, but that doesn't mean that he's used the word in the context you've applied to it.
