Tonight was unfortunate. We could have won on penalties and it's a wipe the sweat from your brow, we got through by the skin of our teeth moment.

We didn't. The line up wasn't great at all (despite many of us knowing we'd rotate) and the performance wasn't what we have been used to this season, at the end of the day. No point dwelling on it.

Players can show up and impress all they like in training. It's games like today that show you whether you've got it and we have all fucking learnt alot tonight.

Skipp and Hojbjerg most definitely won't be starting together again this season. That's for sure.

I don’t know why our fans were expecting us to win anything this season. It would be nice, of course, but we’re still very early in to Ange’s time here.

We desperately need to offload nearly a whole 11 of players. I don’t feel like it’s going to happen in one window.

I’m sure he wanted to have a look at his reserve players in a competitive game, in that sense it was a useful exercise. Now him and Levy have to act, with no cup matches until January we can be really ruthless and sell a lot of players to fund the 3 quality players we badly need.

Skipp and PEH shouldn't have started together at all. A manager who has watched them play and has any basic sense would see that. Worse still he had PEH at the base and Skipp up top, wtf.

Skipp was at times playing RW and ST. Just like under the bald italian bastard.

We should always expect to win something.

Never happens though, does it?

Doesn't mean we should go into every season not expecting to win anything.

I don't care that we have a new manager and we're in transition. We are one of the top 6 clubs in the country - the expectation should be aiming to win silverware because the odds are stacked in our favour more often than not.

Why? For a team that hasn't won anything in 15 years, and just lost their best player. Why would you expect to win anything?

Or should we expect out of pure hope?

Do you know what you're actually saying here?

You sound like a complete loser, the expectation should always be to win - we are Tottenham fucking Hotspur, one of the most decorated teams in the country.

What the fuck am I actually reading here?
