Yes, we do have a piss poor weak fanbase for the most part that are happy and content with living in the misery of it all but just because that's true and Ange wants to change it, doesn't make him the right man to do the job.
His outbursts are little more than ego driven nonsense, you can see that clear as day, if they weren't, he would have been saying this stuff weeks ago, at the end of the day, if he wants to change the culture of the club, why has it taken to get to this fucking game to try and create change? Like others have said, we could have had 4th wrapped up WEEKS ago.
Interesting he said in his opta interview the other week that he has to be "more involved now" as that's what things require. Why wasn't he more involved before? You can take shots at the club and supporters all you want but you're the fucking manager, don't talk about it, be about it.
Certainly would explain the weak, fragile mentality line.

Its a really difficult one. Clearly the 48 hours stuff is probably just him sick of hearing that the game needs to be thrown, from a managerial point of view that can become quite tedious. The clip of the fan was probably what tipped him over the edge.
If hes not happy with the foundations go fix it. His work over the summer will say a lot.

As I recall, Conte ripped the players and the board. He didn't have a pop at the fans. And as I said elsewhere, he'd achieved way more in his career to justify his rant, which was frankly correct on our players and boardroom.
To be fair, I think a lot of people thought Conte was hitting the nail on the head (albeit, perhaps, ill-advised to do so that publically). The problem is that he was lashing out while mentally being done and went on to do the best he could to get sacked.
If Ange is angry tonight but committed to the job, it's a bit different.
