He’s genuinely inexperienced. He’s genuinely not a Premier League level coach. We went from one extreme to the other. He doesnt have a clue.

He’s just got a funny accent and a cute one liner to the press and thats it. A poor mans Brendan Rodgers.

Waste of time trying to reason with people.

They’re “woke” to Ange being a naive fraud so everything they can cling on to prove their beliefs is magnified and attached to any previous bad result or performance.

It’s like trying to win an argument with a woman. Never going to happen.
I’m *woke* cause I said we finished 5th last season? Jesus mate catch ur self on and stop drooling down ur chin ur fucking half wit. Ur the one saying u want to sack a manager one game in.

If the media get wind that spurs fans are unhappy with ange they will hound him out.
They have Southgate waiting for a big job……. I thought it would be united….
things can always get worse. Imagine Southgate in charge!!!!

All that cause we drew a game we were dominating? Damn.
Its the same shit.. we played like this last season. Good start. Cant finish. They get back into it. We eventually win by the skin of our teeth or outscore them. Until we meet a proper team and get soundly battered and then our flukey wins against mid table teams no longer happen and then the wheels truly fall off

if he starts son and johnson next game and leaves them on till late 70s hes a goner after the scum game. that will be 4 games and an absolute max of 3 points!

the fact this weak throated cunt has the audacity to start these fucking pussys when his system prioritises widnt tells you hes fucking clueless and out of his depth. the last 30 league games have been nothing short of a disgrace.

I have had grave concerns from before Christmas last year really that he’s just out of his depth. There’s a reason why he’s pushing 60 and this is his first shot at the big time. Equally we are in a bit of a bind after all our chopping and changing with mangers where we have to give him a go and I really do hope my instincts are wrong and it does work out.

Last season can be broken down into two parts really. We had a fast start/new manager bounce over first 10 games, picked up 26 points out of 30 and were top of the table. That’s an average of points a game. After that, 40 points out of 84 over last 28 games, as teams figured us out, a rate of just over 1.4 points a game. 28 games is a long time to be on a poorish enough run of form.

I’m always wary of a manger who’s a slave to a system and doesn’t really have a Plan B. The you score 3, we score 5 approach is grand with Celtic, or in Japan or Australia but this is a hard nosed league and our defensive play and structure has been so poor now for so long. I just don’t get a sense of learning from mistakes and addressing shortcomings.
agreed, massive worry. the last 30 games have been poor...THIRTY! thats not a blip thats almost a fucking season. his rigid approach just reeks of limitedness, you have to be able to adapt and evolve in the game.

making son captain was a huge alarm bell, that tells you hes nothing more than a people pleaser, thats the worst choice of captain you could get. then he goes and gets johnson as hes number1 target for a system that hes so rigid in and it has you apparently boss the other side with possession football LOL.. this would be fucking hilarious if it was Woolwich or chelsea.

well kinda weird but ok lets do it

Crackers on Last Word on Spurs summed it up for me: "He seems to have all the answers going forward, but nothing at the back. We look ... very, very vulnerable".

I see no change from last season or this pre-season. I hear people blame the attackers for being wasteful - which is true - but you don't get to win the PL with a fragile defence.

This isn't me melting after one game or chanting for his head; I want him and the lads to succeed. But as entertaining as his style can be, Ange continues to worry me and I can't get away from that fact.
