Does seem that he's doing well.

Ange tends to leave teams in a better place than they were before he took over though. Brisbane were still competing after he left. Marinos too. And of course a Celtic team full of the players he brought there.

It'll be the same here. He may not succeed here in terms of what us fans want him and the team to achieve but he makes us a much hotter prospect for future managers. Unlike the past 5 years where we had to stumble across Nuno and were rejected by the likes of Nagelsmann because of how poisened the job seemed.

And that's mainly because he's coaching players to be brave in their play and buying players who suit free flowing high pressing vibrant football. which is much better than filling the squad with technically limited players that suit dinosaur tactics.

I did say the other day I thought we looked a bit better. Although we didnt score from any of the attacking corners there was a bit more variation. I liked the move for the free kick when it looked like Maddison was going to shoot but he squared it long and wind to Johnson instead who then almost scored/created a chance.
I think if Bergvall is on the pitch, our corners will instantly be better. Despite his age the team seems to be letting him take set pieces and his delivery is pretty tasty.

That is an excellent post.
Let's enjoy the ride.
Who knows where it takes us?

Eight out of ten for scraping fifth and going out of the cups at the first hurdle??? Because of transfer business?

Expectations of this fanbase are in the fucking mud it’s actually crazy. He’s been firmly in the alright category so far.
To be fair if you’re managing a team in any walk of life, you are measured on whether people do what you ask of them. If they can’t you ship them out and get people in that can. This and next season he has to show improvement. Last season he was dealt the cards he was given

Everyone gets injuries. We didn’t beat a single London rival, we sucked in the cups and we held on to fifth by the skin of our teeth against an in crisis Chelsea team everyone was pissing their sides at all season. EIGHT OUT OF TEN!!
How can anyone claim that as an 8/10 season while keeping a straight fucking face. We also had no European football to contend with and played far fewer games than every other team in the top 8.
Honestly man, it seems like we're being trolled by our own fans lately.
