Didn't like that he was outclassed by Russel Martin and his team didn't dominate and instead of congratulating him or saying hard luck, he acts like a bellend and starts a fight with him at full time

I highlighted the period of inconsistent results because the OP was talking about Poch not being inconsistent that season. It makes sense to highlight the first 16 games because that was a decent chunk of the season and it clearly shows inconsistency.
