I have to be honest i

Could be the relentless challenge of the premier league. Remember wagner at cruddersfield had enough as too much.

Maybe.

I think Postecoglou looks like he bottles in the frustration. He must be pained by the injuries and lack of options, and probably struggling with understanding the methods which g he has applied elsewhere, don't have traction in the PL.

Or he might simply dislike winter!!

This fraud still has defenders, amazing to see, we could be bottom of the table and the cultists still won't admit to the truth in front of their eyes.

Put that aside for a second and imagine the best players in our team, the internationals who go away and speak to their Liverpool compatriots and hear about how Slot has got them purring, and then they think we could have had him managing us but the club was too cheap to do it so instead we've got a fucking fraud with fellow no marks rounding out his coaching staff.

It's so fucking frustrating that Levy has built this amazing fucking squad only for that fat Aussie fraud to fuck things up. Grrr...😡

Let’s replace Ange with someone who can get a tune out of our mix of teenage punts , constantly injured players , on loan overpaid senior players , players who could not get in Poch’s starting line up, and an academy Hail Mary .
Let’s not forget our once great player who has definitely seen better days , then throw in a chairman who won’t do what it takes to change things .

Yeah let’s blame Ange and let the guilty man appoint choice number 11 on his list of replacements having been told to jog on by the first 10
It's not about "blaming Ange".

The reality is no matter what anyone wants, the chairman isn't changing and the financial restrictions from ownership aren't changing.

We have to identify a manager who can succeed within that reality, or we'll just never succeed. Ange is proving an inability to get consistent results out of this squad under said chairman and the financial restrictions imposed by ownership.

What is the point in persisting? That's not to say the next manager, or next will succeed. But it's the one thing that can change. Lumbering on knowing we've got a manager who can't get things on track is pointless.

Ange isn't giving reason to believe he's going to win anything here. I'd move on after we lose the LC QF to United.

I want him gone. The City game was obviously great, but we would have all bet the lot on failing to beat Fulham this weekend. The lack of consistency drives me mad, and also makes me quite apathetic. I can't see how the team is progressing and I've got no idea what the point is in continuing with Ange. Apathy is the worst.

100% - Levy keeps getting let down by these managers. Levy's clearly built a Top 2 quality squad and even with a few injuries here and there, it's no excuse when Ange has been given all the tools he needs to succeed.

It's time for us to get behind Levy and this amazing team we all agree should be winning the lot - so sack All the managers! 😍 😍

It’s been 25 years of not working .

I don’t know why people think there is some miracle worker who we might find , it cannot be done . All that happens is we pay compensation to Ange , possibly compensation for the incoming manager , or we get Alan fucking Pardew cos he’s unemployed .

Nobody but nobody can succeed under ENIC. I’m bored with blaming manager after manager after manager after manager after manager etc etc .

Some of what we're seeing is that the league is stronger in the middle group of teams than it has been in the past. It used to be possible to walk over a good part of the league and then hope to split your games against the top 6 teams, ending up with a good season. It's more a battle week to week now. A lot of how teams finish will come down to depth and right now Spurs don't have enough to cope with injuries and weekday competitions.

Who knows what the fuck is or isn't sustainable with this team at the moment, the only thing we know that this team is hella inconsistent and we don't know what results to expect from match to match.

So as I said until your doomsday scenario comes to fruition there's no point wetting yourself, all your doing is speculating based on how you currently feel, not with any logic whatsoever.
Everything I have literally said is based on the evidence that has presented itself.

I disagree, I think it's quite consistent, we have been dropping points to these teams for the best part of a year now.

And in that time we have averaged 1.4ppg..... that gets you 9th or 10th.

He and the team need to do better or he's done.

Poch nearly did it under ENIC. Redknapp was close to where Poch got to as well.

It can be done, but we can't fuck around with chequebook managers, fraud tactics manager, or other crappy leaders of that ilk. We need a manager that can vibe with ENICs vision, that can actually improve players, and can inspire and maintain the motivations of players who may be disappointed with the limitations of the club.

Iraola or Silva seem very capable in that regard for me. Hurzueler looks to be of that quality as well. Nuno is making us look shortsighted, and McKenna is out-coaching Ange right now.

Worst case we could be 14th by this time next week.

I'm pretty sure we can write off the Chavs match, but you never know. Weirder things have happened. Can't think of any off the top of my head, mind.
League table doesn't matter

It's never been an accurate barometer of a teams quality

It's about time the prem scrapped the entire concept

Being 14th in the league won't define us

I prefer to look at more important things like possession stats and vibes

We may not win many matches but we are winning in life

i feel the same, quite numb to it now. theres nothing to be excited by because you know its going nowhere with this plum. we are now waiting for a new manager to get some excitement back. this neanderthal needs to fuck off back to toilet leagues hes come from.

More very worrying selections and subs today. Losing Solanke, surely he should have realised he needed to retain Kulusevski in the front line remit he had last week, or at least as the False 9, so we had someone who could hold up and interact with the midfield. We had absolutely zero stickability or hold up play in that front three. To watch that first half and do nothing at HT was pretty troubling. Then to take off Maddison just as they go down to ten men was not smart thinking.

That performance today was possibly the worst of the season. Fucking awful. We just looked fucking insipid.
