Keep till the end of the season. In the summer get someone who can operate within the boards constraints.

Only managers I know of like that are Silva and Frank. I'm sure there are countless others.

I haven't been overly critical of him because I do think the root of the issue is above him. But he will never build a team to compete under this ownership. Which is why the painful rebuild talk is bullshit. It's not a painful rebuild, it's just painful.

But even if he's properly backed he just cannot get us to defend well or have control over games.
We'll be in relegation trouble if we keep this bumbling fool for much longer , let alone the full season

Why would we keep until the end of the season when there is still plenty to play for this season? We should qualify in the Europa and have every chance in that competition with a manager who can set us up professionally. Same with the FA cup and Carabao. Leagues gone but we can get another manager in and have a go at the cups

What's this mythical manager that is available who can do such a great job with a squad of players that isnt his , bought for a system that isnt his?

Very intrigued to know who's available to come when it's not even mod season.
If you say irola, McKenna (who aren't leaving their posts yet) or fuckin potter then I truly despair

Why does he look on the floor when being interviewed?

Genuine question...
maybe`???????

For me he's the Australian Christian Gross. Dominated a poor league and was given the job at Spurs by a clueless chairman who knew more about money than football. Lunacy football with the odd good result/performance. Always a complete mess though.

Not sure about that. But I now know he's definitely not a fan of the club as much as he used to say he is, which I used to believe. A true fan wouldn't let all these years of anguish and jokes to happen when you have the means to affect change in something you love.
I think he believes he’s genuinely doing the best for the club (within their set financial parameters), but he’s better with commercial decisions than he is footballing ones!

I don't see the point in keeping Ange any longer to be honest. We are going absolutely nowhere with this playground football. We get the odd good result, the odd great half of football. More often than not, it's a fucking mess and every game turns into a lottery.
Someone said after Bournemouth game that the way we go about it is like putting a 10fold acca every week. When it works it's glorious and you'll look like a genius but you won't get a few in a row.
