I don’t but both are untried in that position in the epl. Well gray was until Ange played him there and basically dismissed dorringtons chances by saying he no one else when he picked radu.

Gray is untried as a CB, he's literally playing there now??

BTW Gray has over 50 appearances in men's football, Dorrington has 42 minutes - what makes you think Dorrington is less of a risk of Gray?

I get that but I want to see them at least given an opportunity. We keep spending money on players who may or may not be better than what we have already. Take dorrington who is 19 played all levels for England and is captain plays CB full time. Are we seriously thinking that given a few games he could be at least good as gray playing that unfamiliar role?
The problem we have is Ange does not actually specialise in bringing young players through. He also has a coaching team which prettty much knows diddly squat about it too. The thing is our young players probably would be flying now under someone like Poch. Poch helped bring through our last class of good youngsters.

Ange is not building anything! he's destroying it! This is why I want this idiot out of my club. There is no way this fools approach is sustainable we are seeing the physical effect its having on players, we are witnessing the players deflated body language. All this prat will do is drive out the 3 top players we have at the club (Romero, VDV, Kulu) in the summer and drain the confidence from our young crop! There is nothing positive or beneficial by keeping this fool in charge!
Plenty of people wanted Kulusevski out of the club last summer, now Ange has him in the form of his life and talking about setting his sights on being the best…

VDV had 1 season of senior football in a top pro league before Ange brought him here…

Ange made Romero captain and Romero speaks regularly about loving playing for him…

How in the holy fuck can you reach the conclusion that Ange is forcing them out?

11th place, 9 losses.

Sorry just reminding people as any other argument for or against this guy is totally unnecessary.

Unacceptable results, get rid. Simples.

Wait and see when we end up mid to bottom half of the table and trophy-less. Then we will see who wants to stay working under a manager who's style of play is just about an unsustainable chaotic work rate with no reward/glory. That's how! But all I can hope is that this fool is sacked before we get to that scenario.

Kulu eventually got played in his preferred central role by default (injury to Maddison) after continuously being played out wide by AP and no player, Romero included is going to cunt-off his manager mid-season.

This is utter delusion and the funny thing is the same thing was being said about Poch, look who he mishandled in our youth teams.

People just cannot accept that the majority of our young players are not good enough to play for the first team, it's mental - the Prem is the best and toughest league in the world and the step up from youth football is massive.

What?

Kulu only pkayed RW since he signed, Ange was the first coach to play him centrally. He started this season playing centrally WITh Maddison.

At least attempt to base your opinion on reality mate.

I said until Ange started playing him as CB. I didn’t see dorrington would be less riskier more about the same. There is always a risk but every player has to start playing sometime. Normally players get a chance when there is injuries. Dorrington has been on the bench a few times so can’t be far off.

Gray is obviously a phenomenon hence why Ange is able to trust him at CB as an 18 year old and he's been better than Dragusin who is a natural CB, that's what we are dealing with here - he's obviously far better than Dorrington is.

This convo is exactly the same as the Ashley Phillips conversation, people don't really learn do they...

Kulu is getting back to levels when he first came. Just cos cuti says he loves playing for Ange doesn’t mean he has made him better. Thats all BS anyway what is he meant to say. Cuti has been terrible this season. As for VDV how do you know Ange has made him better? Last season he was Ange’s get out of jail card as that was his only defensive tactic have VDV do the recoveries. This season he has regressed and Ange has caused him 2 hamstring injuries. Great player development. VDV must think ffs just me left to rescue the team whilst everyone else swans off upfield.

Love the confidence you have in our academy players based on not even seeing them play in first team.

It's called realism, 1000s of good young players don't make it in the Premier League, it's just how it is.

Moore will get his chance because he's a special talent, that's probably about it from this crop...Lankshear needs to go on loan but I'll be shocked if he's a long term option.

At the end of the day If they're good enough they'll find themselves in and around the first team, cream always rises to the top.

Lankshear already has a senior goal for Spurs tho... I wouldn't be shocked if he made it here. I think Ange has been a bit harsh with his minutes since the Gala game.

Kulu has always said his preferred position is central MF. Ange resisted playing him there until he was forced too.
