He should pay themYou typically pay out the remainder of the contract. That’s £12m currently. Plus the coaching staff.

In the words ofShadydan Ali Gold cooked here.
If you’ve allowed yourself to buy into the idea that Ange’s training is at fault for injuries, have a word with yourself. You’ve just got carried away with an internet narrative,
Sameway, our defenders don’t actually do any more sprints than the next team so it isn’t the system causing injuries either.
Ange has some part to play in it, and he’s the manager so ultimately it’s his responsibility but if you really think he’s to blame and it’s not because the squad has been left short, you really need to give your head a wobble.
When Ange is sacked, he'll never get a job in the premier league ever again and that speaks volumes about how bad of an appointment he has been for us and why we should have ended it after the Ipswich defeat.
Ok matei'm not buying any of it. anyone who's in a position to know what's actually happening in training is an insider or connected to the club and they aren't going to rock the boat by hanging ange out to dry. only people i'd trust are ex players like dier. he may be biased in the other direction but he's not some muppet like gold or the dude in the bbc article.
To add post match he said he got it wrong. Well I wonder how long it took him to come to that conclusion as he did f all about it in first half. Same as goons game where he said we were too passive first half. Well if knew that and saw it wtf didn’t he do something about in that half.It has got to a point where it is getting impossible for me to understand people that think we should go on with this manager.
Based on what really?
OK - I get it, even bigger injury issues hit and selection got worse. That does suck and makes his job more difficult. Agreed.
I was pretty much OK with the starting XI. With the assumption that Kulu would be our substitute for Solanke with Son and Madders on the wing. But in game, it was Kulu on right Sonny as ST and Madders somewhere on left I think? And we just kept hoofing long balls upfield for Solanke to take them down. Even when he was not part of the squad?I mean, come on. Ange has been here for more than 1,5 seasons. Maybe time to learn most basic and simple thing - if we want to keep playing like we are SON. CANNOT. BE. A. ST (!). But no. Not the simplest thing learned.
Then the game keeps going. It is painfully obvious that this setup is not working. And what is our managers solution? Just to stand there with grim face and do ABSOLUTELY FUCK ALL. Just stand there and let them score goal after goal. No instructions given, no tactical to come up with - absolutely nothing. Just was standing there and see us lose the game with first 45.
EXACTLY the same scenario as in last season home NLD. Woolwich scored 3 in first half, and not a single effort was made to stop it or make alterations. And just like today, we scrape extra late goal so everyone can come with excuse "oh, but it was such a narrow loss!". In some instances (though did not hear today anyone say it) talking about "deserving more". Fucksake - where is the progress. We are not getting better. It is always the same- no in game management.
Or if one wants to be really cynical, one could say that "well, on Wed he did make things worse in the interval, so fact that he did not today is a step forward".
I am absolutely done. I want manager who wants to get the results and is willing to do ANYTHING to make it happen. Not to just stand there and do nothing. Leaving players just on their own. Ange time is totally and thoroughly up - Jan window is still open and we are still in some cup competitions, lets appoint someone who does not oversee zero progress over 450 days please. Someone who has managed before on the top level of the game, not someone from 3rd rate leagues where you can throw off first half and then still come from behind to smash half-amateurs you are facing.
Interesting numbers.
Pretty clear to me that our medical and sports science dept wasn't up to scratch before he arrived and it's certainly not been equipped to handle his intensity yet.
Please just make more and more excuses for Ange. What is the excuse for losing 4-0 to Newcastle last season or 3-0 to Fulham. What is the excuse for losing 2-1 at home to Luton or throwing away a 2-0 half time lead to Brighton last season.Interesting numbers.

tell me what they're doing in training that's so normal and safe. nobody knows. you ange dead enders continue to amaze me with your cognitive dissonance. enic is inept and yet they hired the perfect manager who's only a complete failure because of the people who hired him as opposed to the inept management hired and inept manager.
I've definitely been saying it since they made five subs permanent (which for the record I didn't and don't support, it enables fixture congestion, advantages richer teams, and in general makes the game more cardiovascular and less creative)
You're just not going to have the domination over games in the PL that you can in SPL or elsewhere. Why shouldn't it be sustainable? And why did the club recruit him if they didn't think it was sustainable?
Surely they knew who they were hiring and what it took to be successful with the coach they were hiring?
In all honesty I don't claim to know exactly. It just seems obvious to me that the optimum substitution strategy in today's football with 5 available is more and earlier in some form or fashion than it was with three subs playing much less cardio-demanding tactics 20 years ago, and yet the substitution patterns remain basically the same.

From player management to tactics, rotation and subs etc. he has been bad at everything this season. I don't think even Mason can be this bad....It's a matter of scalability.
Even with the injuries sustained last season we still managed to finish 5th despite a shaky 2nd half of the season, because we played 1 game a week.
Shift to 3 games a week and the wheels fall off.
Ange's failure to find solutions coupled with a lack of squad depth able to compete on all fronts has resulted in this dumpster fire of a season.
Ange will take the Executioners Axe, but this is a collective failure that in my opinion won't be solved by JUST changing the manager.

At this point I would say it's a very open question how willing quality managers would be to buy into Levy's bullshit. So riddle me this.
You're a young up and coming manager wanting to achieve the highest heights in your career, do you go to a club with Inept Ownership even if its good money?
Does Iraola ( I know you haven't mentioned him but 3/4 of this forum have ) strike you as a manager who'll do it 'For The Money'?
I know everyone has a price, so does Levy.
Nothing will change internally with Levy here.....Agreed but if it stops at the manager and nothing else changes internally, then we'll be here again within 2 years.
i think a young up and comer wants to go up a level. some are more patient and perhaps pickier than others and choose to avoid a club like spurs and wait for a better destination. most just want to raise their profile and triple their pay with a guaranteed contract and sort it out after they get sacked. So riddle me this.

i'd take a return to sacking the managers in eighth place rather than 15th!Agreed but if it stops at the manager and nothing else changes internally, then we'll be here again within 2 years.
How do you explain the two hamstring injuries Romero got under Conte where he missed 24 games or the 14 games VDV missed the season before he came to Spurs at Wolfsburg? It's obvious that if you have to do more high intensity sprints you'll get more injured and that's what our system is all about, you have run like a mad dog when we lose the ball because the defensive line is on the midle of the park. No wonder almost all the back line is ijured by now, it's simple logic.
At this point I would say it's a very open question how willing quality managers would be to buy into Levy's bullshit.
