I'm guessing this has already been said but surely Ange now has an insurmountable credibility issue as a Premier League manager?
I think the majority of Spurs supporters wanted him to succeed initially but there have been varying degrees of believing in the possibility of Ange succeeding at Spurs as time has passed and results have deteriorated.
Ange has lost too many games to continue beyond the end of this season and has now become a dead man walking.
The board not sacking him after losing to Everton and Leicester can only mean one thing in my opinion.
They either can't, or are unwilling, to do any serious, long term transfer business in this window.

Nah, I think he realises that, given the injuries we've had, we'd be better off finishing 17th and wining the EL than finishing anywhere between 2nd and 16th. And that he is confident we will climb the table once the 10 first team players who have been unavailable recently are back in the team.

I don't believe the compensation thing is the reason at all - Levy has sacked managers left right and centre for decades not caring about compo - there must be someone lined up for the summer and no one good to take the caretaker role.

And then of course there's the unquantifiable long term damage to the clubs reputation for years to come.
City, Newcastle, Leeds, West Ham, Villa all got relegated and were nothing more than mid table/relegation fodder until some of them got bought out.
If we think things are bad now, see what 1 or seasons out of the PL will do. It'll be an absolute disaster.

MOTD2 post match analysis is great. A perfect example of how he has hung a player, this time Bentancur, out to dry with his tactics. He is basically a one man midfield as the other two are so far up the pitch and he cant cover the ground in time back and forth across the pitch time and again.
Honestly, he is just so bad of a manager. Something else about how we are set up is highlighted time and again. And if the BBC can do it you can bet every PL club with all their coaching staff and analysists can do too. Hence why everyone keeps beating us!
