Insert team here made Angeball look completely farcical and childish.
If he got sacked Friday morning would that be a Good Friday.... d'ya see what I did there mate...
The flipping Korean Pub League All Star XI managed that in pre-season...
It's not... Sorry I was being woke!
Bang on. I seriously question my loyalty to this operation, it's gone way down my list of life priorities in 2025.Club is rotten to the core. A penny pinching Chairman, an incompetent coaching/medical team, a manager who has blagged his way to the big time and has somehow managed to bumblefuck his way to the end of a season where he should have been binned off 8 months ago, and a group of spineless, cowardly players who couldn't battle their way out of a wet paper bag.
Just absolutely pathetic by every conceivable metric.
No. If anything it's been a relief that a lot of the supporters have finally woken up and seen through his bullshit and his cluelessness. At least we know it's close to ending this catastrophic experiment. It was rage inducing at the end of last season/start of this season when a large portion of the fans were still (blindly) believing he was actually a good fit and the issues were something else.
That's because it is.
Except Ryan Mason is no David Pleat, and Ange is CERTAINLY not GHod... even if they do both think they're The MessiahIt all feels a bit 2004-ish tbh, when Pleaty had to step in for Ghod.
Anyone else been actually close to tears that this fuck is still here and the state of our club. I'm being serious now. It's beyond frustrating.
The Peter principle is a concept in management developed by Laurence J. Peter which observes that people in a hierarchy tend to rise to "a level of respective incompetence": employees are promoted based on their success in previous jobs until they reach a level at which they are no longer competent.
I'll be close to tears because it means this thread is finally coming to and end, some unbelievable memories we all shared in here![]()
Ange is fine, this fanbase just doesn't have any patience to see a rebuild through, I get it but it's kinda boring reading the same comments over time and time again.
I'm genuinely intrigued to see how the rest of the season plays out under him, hopefully I get my wish.
If the right appointment is found, I think the situation we find ourselves in will turnaround.I think we're legit gonna lose the rest of our matches, shocking state of affairs.

Optimistic thinking it happens that soon, imvI think the 'right appointment' doesn't happen until the Summer tbh
