Enrique has a perfect midfield 3 for his football - all unbelievably talented, great balance. He has a stupidly athletic front 3 with pace, dribbling, tricks .. and then he has two insanely athletic, fast fullbacks who are arguably the best in their respective positions in the world. Marquinhos and Donnarumma aren't half bad either, can't say that much about the partner CB but by all accounts very highly rated.
Enrique is very hit and miss imo. He's proven to be excellent with unbelievably good teams but also proven to have struggled when his squads do have deficiencies to make up. The PSG and Barca sides he's managed have been absolutely talent stacked and suited to his style perfectly. At PSG he can rest whoever whenever he likes, the league season is a breeze.
Meanwhile in the real world......

I really don’t buy into the squad being average. They finished 5th last year. Over the past 10 years this season is an anomaly.
A few additions are needed but we don’t have a bad squad.
