Gray is not a natural centre back and if you remember this was one of his first starts at centre back for us. He was worth 40m because he's an 18 year old midfielder with tonnes of potential. But as a makeshift centre back making one of his first starts there? Come on. Lets not pretend that was a 40m Centre back playing against Rangers
We did this exact same dance with juande ramos in 2008. He won us our first trophy for years so we kept him on when it was clear it wasn't going to work, and we wasted a season.
