I reckon the replacement will be announced within 48 hours. There was speculation for over a week while he had obviously already made up is mind. Compounded by reports we are buying Levy style prospects before he has even appointed a manager. Nothing to worry about though.
Quicker. Certainly before Ange was doing interviews about looking forward to the next season. And players referencing Ange in interviews. All over the last week.
The good news is, most will be gone with himThe level of density from the Ange-in crowd is actually putting me off football altogether.
I literally don't want to be associated with people who need reminders to breathe in sometimes.
Nah he's earmarked for Man cityCan i ask a pertinent question at this point.....are we still worried about him going to Liverpool??........

Oh come on we all know he was referencing next season out of self preservation. There's no way he's shocked about any of this.Quicker. Certainly before Ange was doing interviews about looking forward to the next season. And players referencing Ange in interviews. All over the last week.
Kindly fuck offLiverpool fan here!
Bit surprised to see that everyone seems to be on board with the decision to sack him. I liked the bloke and thought he played good football. The league season has been dreadful but I thought the context was obvious. He came from a 41 game season last year finishing within 2 points of top 4 to playing a 60 game season with Solanke and a couple new kids as reinforcements. The injuries and the proceeding dip in performance seemed pretty expected. The actual finish sort of vindicates it enough where I thought he deserved a fair crack with enough reinforcements this time around. Its completely normal to me that a squad having to play 50% more games will suffer if they dont recruit well.
No idea if there were other issues but I was surprised so I wanted to see how the Spurs fans felt and the reaction seems to just confuse me that bit more.
Either way, good luck on your next manager recruitment!
The lesson here is not to listen to the rest of football. The rest of football: "He's out of his depth... Tactically inept manager, his style caused all our injuries... worst PL season, you've GOT to sack him"
THFC sack Postecoglu
The rest of football: "Why did you sack him? He won you a trophy, surely he deserves better?"
Can't fucking win!
It's a twofer.Thank fuck he's gone. And with him, the hordes of Angesexuals. Bye bye.
I reckon the replacement will be announced within 48 hours.
The reason, imo, is that they have lined up his replacement, got everything sorted and acting quickly.
It will be Frank, because it's Levy.
And the previous managers didn’t get sacked before reaching finals? What about the ones who won fuck all, but still finished respectably - they got the sack too. So what real incentive is left to come here, other than money?Love how you left the 38 points in 38 games part and finished 17th.
That's surely the only logical reason for the announcement to have taken this long. To avoid another prolonged period of scrambling around for a manager.I reckon the replacement will be announced within 48 hours.

You do realise European Football has not been going on for over 100 years.Just saw on Sky News that ange is only the 3rd manager in the clubs entire history to win a European trophy. That's alot of manager that's failed over 100 years plus
Crazy.
I doubt he's that much fussed going out as a legend tbh , was only ever gonna be downhill from Bilbao for him or anyone else
Here at Spurs we like a good old fashioned bit of self sabotage. We don't really want to be happy or successful and will find any excuse to fuck it up.Liverpool fan here!

Shut up, he was shit and had to have an intervention by seniors players to even block up a little bit to win a cup we should have cruised to on a smooth road.Win something at spurs you get sacked …. You don’t win anything you get sacked.
If anyone can sell this, it’s Levy though.
