Player Antonín Kinský

Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

Vic is a better keeper- whether he is fit enough is a different question.
Kinsky could have done better with both goals tonight - and for Villa's goal.
He is done well to recover from Madrid - but he is insanely overrated by some fans and has been since his very first game.
He has a terrible error per game record .
I think RDZ will go for Vic for Everton
Villas goal?? Ah stop

Why anyone would want Vicario back in for Everton is beyond me. Firstly,he’s rotten, secondly,he deflects every mistake he makes and thirdly, our defence seems much calmer without him.
I’m always on edge with him but since Kinsky has came in I’m not.
Madness, Kinksy has shown how bad he is under pressure. He was poor for Enzo's goal yesterday, most keepers save that easily.

Vicario on the other hand, much more experienced and has proven he can handle big games and get a result.

Nothing about that not being saved is inexplicable.

The shot was a "knuckle ball" shot which was hit very hard with late swerve.

Do you know how hard those are to save?

Gareth Bale used to score free kicks for fun with this technique, where the ball would enter the goal and you think "that's not even in the corner".

Focusing on the keeper is taking away from the skill and technique of the shot.

It's comparable to cricket where late swing can make a batsman look awful when they handle conventional swing easily.

Very few keepers would have saved that shot. The first 10 yards the ball appears to be going dead straight, where Kinsky was set.

Then the late swerve came into effect.

It's like blaming David James for not moving to Ronaldo's famous freekick v. Portsmouth.
Bollocks. The ball had travelled 20 yards and he was totally planted. He didn't get within 4 feet of a 30+:yard shot.

Has Vicario being out make you forget how shit he is? He can be more experienced but still poor. If Everton get a penalty he’s guaranteed to dive the wrong way never mind save it. He’ll make the whole place nervous when he has the ball at his feet and for that reason alone he shouldn’t be playing on Sunday. The tension in the stadium will be something we’ve never witnessed before and he will only heighten that. He’s also not played for a while and won’t be 100%. Not the time to take Kinsky out.

"The surname "Kinský" has an accent on the "y" to indicate a specific pronunciation in Czech, where the accent signifies a longer vowel sound. This accent is part of the Czech language's orthography, which helps distinguish between different sounds and meanings. The accent on the "y" indicates that it is pronounced as a long vowel."

So I expect commentators to call him Kinskeeeeeeee (hold onto that vowel for a few seconds, guys).

Nah, commentators don't do that for us. Go watch the Woolwich game under Tudor (don't actually, just take my word for it) and the comms were flowering it up putting all the accents on all of their players' names, I was driving so it took me about an hour to figure out who tf they were referring to when Hincapie had the ball, fecking TrossaRRRRR, Eberrrrrre Ezzerrr, etc...

Meanwhile when Spurs are on Sky, Carragher: "Draggerzin".

Absolute pisstake when you consider Sky has a thing where all clubs' players pronounce their names at the beginning of the season.

Remind me when Vicario had to be subbed off for being so bad he conceded 3 goals that an under 7 could have prevented.

You need to go back and look at that shot from the back angle. That damn thing has some swerve on it and it went off the post. It was a great shot.
