Yes he is happy enough to play in the CL on a Europa League budget as you say, same as happy to win the league, but again on a mid table club budget
I have wondered if N'dombele could come back.
I reckon he could play in front of Bissouma, Bentancur and Hojbjerg, at the top of a diamond 4, behind Son and Kane / Kulu and Kane.
If we got a new goalkeeper, a LCB partner for Romero, Porro and Udogie as a back 4 then Spurs would have a starting 11 again and could go back to actually trying to beat the opposition instead of waiting for them to die of boredom.......

That's all enic are after, property, concerts, events, a football club generating money through ticket sales and TV is jist part of it. Really they only care about champions league money as it helps everything else.

We’ve got a manager who is going at the end of the season, basically sticking around for his money. A world class striker who’s practically doing is a favour by sticking around until May. An owner who probably doesn’t know where Tottenham is, a chairman who wouldn’t know strategy if it shagged his wife, and a DoF who is effectively banned from his job.
