I didn't really want him in the first place but if he had said all this from day 1 (or so) then maybe, just maybe, we could at least have had the clear out we need/needed. As it is, he goes soon, someone else comes in, same shit and detritus in the squad.

You just know when the dust settles and he’s back managing in Italy he is going to be such a patronizing wank when talking about Spurs - none of it will be his fault but he should be taking a lot of the blame for how much the players have underperformed this season.

It's kind of like an employee that gets paid a ton of money, doesn't perform to the expectation and then calls out his bosses and the company.

Why keep this underperforming employee? Even if he is right, he is not leading by example.
