He’s outstanding Conte isn’t he? Still pinching myself that we have Antonio Conte as our manager. OUR manager.

notice yesterday we were playing zonal defence for the corners,
for me that appeared to suit the players better,
when we play man to man we seem our players seem to lose their man
must have been practicing all week as we seemed to play zonal well
How much did that seat warming cost us?Well to be fair we tried to get Conte in the summer but he didn’t want to come. The Kane saga was going on and no manager would want to deal with that. That’s why we ended up having to appoint that random hobo just to keep the seat warm for a few months.
This’ll be popular right now … but just going to offer the tiniest of criticism
Anyone else think he could bring on subs earlier when the games are ‘won’?
1 it gives the forwards mainly Lucas and bergy some football in the legs …. Bit of a problem when we aren’t competing outside the PL.
2 gives them a bit of confidence as well as match fitness… demonstrates a measure of trust in them
3 protects the legs of the three starters …. Freshness and injury
He must have his reasons but I can’t say i know what they are
Plus we're only playing a game a week so the players aren't being ground down.

Agree, any previous version of Spurs would have folded with that amount of pressure that was put on us. That victory was shining a new light on us in history. Long may the winning spirit continue!Loved how we fought back yesterday after having lumps kicked out of us
The fans made it happen.I think the fans deserve what we are getting right now, after the absolute shite we’ve had to watch for the last 3 years
Us Spurs fans are far less arrogant than the gooners, and the other top 6 sides, and we don't make a circus out of every little failure or embarassing bottlejob, but yeah, the whole Nuno saga was a step too far.The fans made it happen.
If we hadn't boo'ed Nuno out the house we'd still be watching that shit he was serving up.
After all the managers we went after, Nuno was the most uninspiring candidate. The one guy I didn't want. Thankfully the fans voiced their thoughts and made the change happen quicker than it probably would have been.
Allowed us to get Antonio and have some sort of up side to the future of this football club that we love.
The power that fans wield is still significant, even in the sports washing world we live in now.
He can win the league in a few years given he's properly backed and trusted.
I actually believe he's good enough to win it next season provided he gets what he wants this summer.
Which means we won't win the league next year.
