I know we've got a load of shite in our side but at least set us up to give it a fucking go. I'm bored of seeing this 2 man midfield with Winks in lose every midfield battle and surrender the middle, I'm bored of seeing our wingbacks continue to be the spare man and do fucking nothing constructive, I'm bored of seeing our front 3 contribute nothing defensively and leave players for the others to track wherever they go.
Just fucking get some answers to these shitty problems instead of shrugging your shoulders and crying about dogshit players. Poch fucking played Bentaleb and Mason in his first season and got a better tune out of them than this.

His timing of substitutions is absolutely dreadful.
He waited (yet again) until near the end to change it. Kulusevski should have been taken off when he was not in the game....he then has a period where he is looking like out most dangerous player and Conte decides that's the time to take him off. Not the time when he's non existent but the time he starts to look dangerous and nearly get an assist.
Same with that dumb ass Lucas sub against Southampton. He has a period of playing bad...then does something really good and gets an assist...then taken off.
He changed to a back 4 then back to a 5 after a period of pressure. Tbh I think he will do anything and everything other then take Winks off. With Winks he will watch him play bad and still allow it to happen heaping praise on him after the game.
Sess was one of our best players today yet he takes him off and puts Ben Davies as the left back who of course proceeds to not offer any attacking threat.

With what though. We literally only have winks and hojbjerg available in Central midfield what can you do with that. Son playing like a cunt shit wing backs/full backs. No playmaker. The list is endless. Why bring him in if you aren't going to give him what he needs.

Hojbjerg was fine but there has to be someone else better than winks.
You might as well save that comment for our next manager… and the one after that. These players are bottlers, they will get results like this for as long as they’re at the club.

There is no plan fucking B when your midfield is Wanks-PEH and your bench is Bergwijn, Devine, Scarlett and Royal.
There is a reason why he has never looked like this at any other job he has been at. But I am sure it is because he forgot how to manage and not because of the League One level talent he has to use.
