But isn’t that the sane for 90% of clubs? Every club is looking for someone to come in and turn things around. Hence why managers get sacked if they don’t what is expected. Only a handful of clubs won trophies generally. Does every manager at other clubs come out and say the club is rotten from top to bottom? The reason clubs sack managers is they want someone ride to come in and do better than the previous guy otherwise why change?

Yea and his picked virtually the sane players all season. So must be some of those players. If it is then why has he tolerated it? His supposed to be a hardman who takes no shot. Yet his let the players attitude run rife without seemingly doing anything about it.
Also he got rid of players he didn’t want like glc ndombele Gil winks Gil Soence Doh etc. therefore he has shown some ruthlessness. Which then begs the question why he hasn’t done anything about the ones who regularly play. All the time ignoring any youth or new signings. That is all on him! He can’t have it both ways but he will as he is a Putin / Xi character who see no wrong in what they are doing!

He really cannot rant about 20 years when in his 16 months his oversaw the worst football ever, knocked by 2nd string champo teams or a much changed forest who were bottom of PL. remember we played virtually a full strength team in that game with Kane up top. He really should explain all those loses first before having a go at the club that pays himvery well. One of the highest paid managers in the world but produces the worst football.

If he has brought up a genuine problem that needs fixing then he and the club decide to decide do they want to solve it between them or run away from it.
Conte runs away if he forces the sack or resigns. Enic run away if they sack him and kick the can down the road.
Ideally they thrash it out between them and solve it. But I suspect that won't happen.
If Conte had true courage and fire in his eyes and heart he would stay and fix it by making or breaking these players. The same applies to Enic by backing Conte, not sacking him....that's the easy way out.

Richi made a big fuss about not playing. But he had a bad muscle injury to his calf which needed patient recovery. It seems its gone again or something similar. So maybe he rushed back too soon ?
Should have been sacked ages ago. No that I want Tuchel perm but they could have got someone like him in for the remainder of the season before AC game. You never we may have decided to attack that game rather play for the 0-1 loss like we did. TT won CL with chavs coming in halfway in season. Contract till June you never know. This count just waved the white flag and says nothing to do with him.
His inflexibility with the formation is a huge issue. But yesterday had nothing to do with that. We didn’t invite pressure on their first goal, it was only 30 seconds into the half. Same with the second goal. That was a bottle job by the players, not a tactical issue. We didn’t even have time to invite pressure, they scored practically straight from kick off not once but twice.
Pay them the money to toe the party line and they eventually get broken
