He wants to win and wants the right tools to play his way, or there's no point.
Yes but he has to accept now that he isnt managing the best clubs with biggest pull for players so will have to try and do a bit of coaching. Hes not going to get what he always wants.

I think he was grifting with us, but not the other clubs he's been at.
He's just incredibly whiny which makes it hard for me to believe him when he starts complaining about transfers since he does it with every single club he's managed at.
