Unpopular opinion but I think his performances have been a bit overhyped by the pundits/media and in turn by the fans.
The positions he takes up to receive the ball, his body shape, choice and timing of pass has put his teammates and us in trouble regularly. I know it’s not his natural position but it feels like he’s costing us a lot in there defensively, playing people on side and trying to play out. Seen a few people say he should keep his place when Romero gets back. No chance, the difference is massive. Hopefully he impresses in midfield when he gets a chance there
