Positives -
the scoreline, only one, we're still in the tie I guess

Gray - excellent again, reads the ball brilliantly, incredible defensive instincts, calm composed.

Bergvall, composed himself well after the error, not blaming him, got on the ball well lacked an out ball and support around him.

Vicario - some very good saves and the right attitude

Solanke - looked busy, made an impact, hopefully just a knock and ok for next week, sunday doesn't matter

Spence - Good again. dunno where we'd be without him.

Negatives
Udogie - slow, constantly needs an extra touch, won't pass first time, won't get forward. what happened man? maybe the injury still telling....

Danso - Liked him so far BUT sloppy tonight, took too many touches too, sloppy in possession and it nearly cost us twice with dangerous conceded chances

Bentancur - Petulant yellow, lazy player just walks everywhere, constantly slowing the play down again and again allowing them to get behind the ball. Fucking infuriating. one time in the last min he ACTUALLY fucking has a go and beats 3/4 men? why wait till 93mins! he's also invisible in defence. Son lost the ball once and they ran right through an empty midfield? where the fuck was he? felt Berg was on his own.


Maddison- I dunno man, what is the point of you? mentally weak, the fist to hide. A CLASSIC Tottenham player a bit of pressure, wilts. and that FK with Son? unacceptalbe.

Johnson - Christ. Can't dribble, only passes backwards, took a man on once by accident and the ball ballooned back off him to the opp. if he's not at the back post to score -he's nowhere, in fact he's a weight to carry.

Odobert- has looked bright of late and I suppose to his credit tried to take on his man but did it 4/5 times and lost the ball EVERY time. he

Son - again, awful, refuses to take a man on, constantly passed back to a mid or DF allowing AZ to get players back and reset.

Ange - the tactics. we're so easy and predictable. even what we used to do well - play it out from the back, the opp have seen it, they know it, they trigger press it and we lose the ball or just pass the ball out of play. He doesn't know how to adapt and honestly I think, when we win it's in spite of him.

Said it when he arrived, Danso is a journeyman. Our fans will give him the Steffen Freund treatment and love him because we love a trier at this club but he's a backup.

To be clear there are worse things than being a journeyman trier. At least they make the most of what they have. It's worse to be a Very talented player who lacks the will imo.
