Match AZ v Spurs 6 March 17:45

Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

In the olden days I used to be able to copy and paste from my spreadsheet to TFC.
TFC upgraded (sic) a few months ago and now I have to go through a convoluted process.
I would be delighted if anybody could tell me how to improve posting tables to TFC.

Ange and medics have been fairly consistent in recent messaging about wanting to make sure returning players will be as fit as possible for the remainder of the season - much more so than a few months ago.

Specific player information has been less clear, with Ange saying that he was using the Ipswich and ManCity matches in particular to build up game time to the players such as Udogie, Odobert, Johnson. Beyond that its been that some players will be brought back for first leg of AZ and Bournemouth (between the 2 legs) but without being too definitive as to who.
...
Its clear that Ange/medics do not want to risk bringing players back too soon and if there's any doubt over the players fitness , it looks as if their return might be held back to Bournemouth and/or 2nd leg...

I'm still struggling to wrap my head around the stunning logic of playing returnees in our first team vs City then, rather than starting our best performers and giving recovering players 20-30 minutes off the subs bench to shake off the rust.

If your MO is risk aversion, then why start them? Another stroke of genius from our future Cup winner.

Vicario
Spence - Romero - Danso - Udogie
Bergval - Bissouma - Madison
Kulusevski - Tel - Odobert

If Solanke is back, move Tel and Odobert to the outside. Being VDV on for the last 30 for Udogie.

Doubt Romero is back for this one. Think we'll see Gray at CB again.

If he refuses to start Scarlett, I'd rather have Deki as a false 9 and Odobert and Tel on the wings.

I don't even understand the question.

Can't see Romero, VDV and Solanke being ready to start. So I imagine it'll be Vic, Porro, Danso, Gray or Davies, Spence, Bentancur, Bergvall, Madders, Kulu, Son, Johnson or Odobert... definitely feel like we are gonna play a force 9... I take a draw right now.

Can't see Ange starting Bissouma, he has clearly hit the bottom of the pecking order now. Didn't even get on the pitch against City.

I also don't believe Ange's lies about injury timelines anymore, I doubt any of the currently injured players will be involved. When Ange is too embarrassed to be honest about an injury he just says they are "7-10 days away" for weeks on end.

Romero is back in full training. Danso has been playing LCB in preparation for his return.

Hoping we get something like
Back 5: Vic Spence Romero Danso Udogie
Midfield: Bergvall, Bentancur, Maddison
Attack: Johnson Kulu (Solanke if ready) Son

Once they have done 20 odd minutes the next appearance probably needs to be 45 or 60 minutes so as to build up their performance in incremental steps without risk of it going pear shaped.

But each player's rehabilitation (determined by medics) of match playing time will be different, and determined by a combination of the original injury, how long player has been out for and other factors

Assuming VDV, Romero, Solanke and Richarlison are still not ready, here is the full list of available players, including all the Academy players who have previously been named in a 1st team squad this season.

Under more 'options' in the header to the post there is a 'table insert' to which you can specify no. of rows and columns

Sometimes it works ok for me ..... but sometimes :wall: :wall: :wall:
