So thick, he's not even looking at the fucking pages.
No , he’s got his feet on the desk and he’s getting some practice looking at them for the interview after the match

Is it just me, or were they especially well prepared for our gimmick of fullbacks bombing forward during the buildup from the back? They were not pressing all over the pitch per se, but were exceptionally aggressive right after goal kicks and such. Basically in situations where fullbacks suddenly bombing forward leaves us vulnerable the most. In transition they were also targeting these areas that our vastly-out-of-position fullbacks were leaving. It doesn't take a genius at this stage to counteract such a simple gimmick, but it still caught my attention.

The goal was a freak accident, but the way we got played off the park by such an inferior team makes it a moot point. We can't press (did you see how they spun us around in most of the second half, despite us ostensibly staying compact by putting everybody behind the balll?), we can't make forward passes if an ounce of precision or creativity is required for the said pass, we're weak in 50/50s, we get out in transition at a snail's pace. What does this team even do well at this point? Is there a -logical- reason to expect that things will get drastically better under this manager anytime soon?

We'll probably still get through this round, but it'll be due to massive talent disparity in our favour and AZ cracking under the huge pressure of a second leg away from home.

Extreme sports are probably safer than an Ange training session
Watching that team it's fairly obvious that there is no proper training sessions. They look like a team who is winging it, no plan, no preparation, with the same old problems. We look cart horse slow going forward, side to side shit with no pace about it. We are split open every time with one ball over the top. It's fairly clear that whatever he is telling them is not working and he is taking us backwards at a rapid rate. Said it before and still maintain the only chance we have is to replace him asap, I would take Mason or Benitez over him until the end of the season at this stage.
