I don’t think he has any interest in moving into coaching, but he’d be worth having - sees the game well, even if his body can’t quite manage what his brain knows he should do (‘mAge’s winged chariot’, and all that).
He's done a couple of coaching badges, so there must bo some interest there
Au contraire Rodney... I thought he absolutely wanted to go into coaching ..
He's taken/taking his badges, and it wouldn't surprise me at all if he ends up either with the Welsh National team coaching staff, or back at Swansea.
In an interview he said that he had no real plans (at the time) of going into coaching. But he felt that it was clever to get the badges out of the way in case he decides to go that route.
He is going to explore his options when he hangs them up.

If he goes to play CB for some side in the Champo they'll probably make him captain, and he'd deserve it most likely.
Fuck me thats made me feel miserable. Honestly, I’d love him to stay on as a player-coach. He’s seen so much of what has happened inside the club over many chapters. He must have insight on fundamental issues and areas that need focus and attention. With Poch and some fresh performance staff, you could have a good team there to bring us together and take us forward.
