Big Fat Nacer Chadli.

Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

This is turning into the Nacer v Ade thread. An embarrassing cunt off if ever there was one. Condolences to Nacer & his family. Shame on anyone who comes on here to have an argument about who is more deserving of sympathy in a time of personal tragedy.

Quite right. Too much talk about Ade in this thread and will proceed to call him a cunt in his thread

Chadli, I like him for many reasons.
I feel for him and his loss. It will be a difficult time for him. I wish him all the best.
I think and feel our club will support him to their very best. One thing about Spurs is they always seem to support and back any of their staff, Ledley, twitchy at court etc

You say that but Adebayor was still getting roundly cunted when he was banging them in, football has liittle to do with it, look how some revere Lucky Lewis, and indeed The Beast who had been shit for quite some time.

That I do agree with. I had time for Holtby because I thought he had potential to become good, but the veciferous social media support for Sandro even though he had been horrible for well over 6 months, and obviously inferior to Bentaleb was embarassing.

I like Chadli because he works hard, is sensible whenver he's interviewed (f.x. on not leaving the club after 6 months) and mostly because he delivers on the pitch. Sure the Dolphin thing is funny and I like that he interacts with the fans, but if he wasn't delivering so well I doubt people would have time for him.

haha, ok then what would you rather have in the team, 11 average players with above average social network skills or 11 above average players with average social networking skills.

And now to the 'strawman' tactic...

Bit harsh on Sandro who was absolutely mint until he got injured.

I don't know what it's like to lose a parent, definitely at such a young age (25), so I hope that Nacer will be alright. I don't know him personally and have no idea how his relation with his father was , although I hope he will be back soon.
Romelu Lukaku, after losing his very good friend Junior Malanda, was already on the pitch again a few days after the tragedy, scored and honoured Malanda. Hope Nacer will soon find the strength to do the same.

I know football isn't the most important, but it would be a shame because he was in such a good form now, had a lot of confidence and seemed very happy.

Also, saw some comments of people acting suprised that Nacer is Muslim.
You would be suprised if you heard he is NOT a Muslim, I think. But being suprised that someone with his etnical looks indeed is a Muslim...

Oh well, I don't understand any of your prejudices, I guess.

So, we should assume he's Muslim, because he 'looks Muslim'? And you then have the cheek to call us out on prejudice....:chadliblow:

Almost as bad as VirginiaSpur VirginiaSpur .

I thought it was remarkable that they were so surprised while it does make a lot of sense, no?

People (in general) have prejudices, myself inclusive, so I thought it was a bit the world upside down.

Good to see him named Captain tonight, nice the urban myths and bullshit are kept out of the dressing room....

Someone says people will hate Ade even if he scores 30 goals.
I respond by saying if Ade scored 30 goals, people would easily forget the hatred.

How the fuck is my point moot? Get your head out of your asses, really..

I mean what a typical fucking fickle response to that anyway... ignore the hypothetical completely because you all know damn well if Ade actually did score 30 you'd be the first ones hopping back on his bangwagon. Scared of being put in that situation at all, I see.

Yea, if Jack Wilshere did a Sol Campbell and came to us then scored 30 we'd all forget his indiscretions too?

See, anyone can make up a scenario that isn't going to happen to make a point. It's moot.

It ain't going to happen. Especially with performances like last night. He has had as many poor seasons as good. The geeza is an enigma, one of the single most frustrating players ever to play for us. He takes the piss out of our club and people defend him. Astonishing.

On Chadli, we missed him badly last night, his effective directness missing all night.
