Player Brandon Austin

Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

I’m excited about seeing Brandon play. He was pretty solid in pre-season albeit it was pre-season. Would be great for long term team development if we had a decent CT GK.

Bugger. I hope this post ages well…

Surely we could have been allowed an emergency loan. He has never played in professional football?
Alfie Whitman!!! I’d be happier with alfie Solomon in between the sticks

He made a couple of nice saves in the preseason, hopefully he plays with confidence today.

If he wants to have a career beyond being a glorified training cone then this is a huge chance for him.

That's what the edit button is for.

Sadly for me the 2012 Summer Transfer thread is locked so I can't edit my post saying that I couldn't see Harry Kane as a like for like replacement for Louis Saha.

:ange-snarl:

He was fine today apart from the weird hiccup at the very end. Dealt with all the crosses impeccably, compared to what we usually see. He liked chipping it into the middle, but was a bit wasteful.

Can see a few clubs asking about his availability after today.

Very very small sample size, but, is he worse than Forster?

Just seems mad that he and Whiteman have sat on the bench for so many years not really ever doing much of anything.

Good effort from the lad in his first senior appearance ever. 100% - on dealing with crosses. For me, he starts over Forrester until Vic is back or the new boy is ready. Always nice to see an academy boy make his debut on an otherwise disappointing day.
