Competition Carabao Cup

Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

wouldn't cling to that, the team he puts out is gonna be strong as fuck. probably just 2 or 3 changes like grealish , foden and stones in the team

Agree. I just posted it as saw it online. I never trust managers when they talk about team selection.

It proves that this cup is not held in high regard at all among the top clubs.
I still stand by my statement that I rather end 4th and qualify for the CL than win this cup if I had to choose one over the other...

Yeah and I still dont agree with you, but rather not go over it again!

I'd much rather enjoy my day out at wembley seeing us lift the trophy (if I have enough points!)

If we put our B team out then we likely lose, if we go strong at home to their B side - honestly I think we win. Out of all the top sides, they are the team we usually have the most joy against for whatever reason. I never go into a City match writing it off as we have pulled off loads of results against them in the Pep era - let’s not forget, they only learned how to score at our stadium last season.
Hmm, I fear Ange has brought an end to the tradition, dunno, we'll see.

50% of winning a cup is how lucky your draw is. Which is why I don’t really care all that much. Sure, I’d like to win a cup but it’s not the best indication if the team is built for success.

Have we ever entered a team into the Sex Olympics? Dare say we'd come last.

I don't get this... The aim of the game isn't to merely symbolise that you're a capable team.

Winning it would BE a success.

We should never put our Bside out as it always ends in disaster unless some of the so called A team come on and Rescue it. Rotation is fine but not 8+ changes. Our good record against City was when we played the low block under previous Managers. That will not happen and they will pick us off. Any other team would have been better including Woolwich. It will end the same way our FA Cup run did last season.
