Ex-Spurs Player Christian Eriksen

Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

Anyone know why sammyspurs sammyspurs got binned? Not that I'm complaining..
Looks like death of a thousand arguments.
Timing seems off, considering that we're all a lot more peaceful now than at the weekend... But perhaps it's just down to cumulative sin bin votes. Not sure how long they build up for/how many it takes to get binned.

Hope he's back just in time for the inevitable Newcastle meltdown.

Maybe needs Admin Admin to press a button and he's been lazy as fuck recently.

4:20 Eriksen

Still performing way below his potential I feel. Think he is one of those players whose performance level rises along with the team. If the players play well around him, he is much more effective. This season he has been brilliant individually in instances at different games. Just need the team around to raise their performance and he will also get better.

The comments from Eriksen are easily disregarded, but somehow in England Europa League has a smaller status than elsewhere in Europe.

Apart from the group phases that take too long to get through, I think it has a lot of potential good games/places to go to and the final stages have some really good teams.

AND, it's a cup that we can actually win, not like Champions League where we would have had no chance in hell at the moment.

He's brilliant but also young and inconsistent. It's as simple as that, it was the knock of him before he got here and it's proved to be true.

Every creative player plays better with other creative players around him and if we add one or two this summer I'm sure it will make life easier for Eriksen. He's our only true creative player and he's not quite good enough to take that whole burden by himself. Hopefully he'll get some help for next season.

While his form has tailed off lately he's still going to end the season with a double digit goals scored campaign, a shit ton of late goals and incredible free kicks and top ten in the league for chances created. He's had a successful season, he's just so talented you feel like he has more in him.

Eriksen is brilliant. He has that curious way of making very difficult things look decidedly easy. The players around him aren't on his wave length, normally, which makes much of what he does either wasted or not possible.

I wouldn't be mentioning his name alongside Iniesta's - Iniesta has to go down as one of the best players in the world for the past 8 years. If Eriksen approaches Iniesta's continued output then he'll be a staggeringly good player.
