Meh. It was a photo I had on my phone from a little while before I joined the forum. Thought is was the most appropriate 'bit of face concealed' picture, so went with it.

Said it before and I'll say it again. Eriksen plays for half a season.
He always has been.
You can't watch us play then. But I knew that already.
Yet he and Dier have started every match under Poch, the ONLY players to do so.
People who don't get Eriksen's value to our team should really start watching other sports.
I get that he can frustrate at times, he his weak in the tackle etc but when he finds the space he invariably creates. His work rate is endless, which might mean he is not on the ball as often he would like but just like the rest of the team we win our games by what we do off the ball.
It's a great question. I could probably make an argument for about 5 or 6 different players being our most important---including Eriksen. It really highlights the quality we have all over the pitch. It would actually make a good stand alone thread because I think there would be a wide array of opinion.
I'm going to say Kane is our most important player just because I don't think we have anyone who could even come close to filling in for him if he was out. While they are obviously different players, I think Lamela could be sufficient cover if Eriksen missed a few matches. But my answer really is a reflection of the rest of the squad more than Kane and Eriksen themselves.
