No you don't need all three but sometimes one has a better stream connection than another. As for working on a PC well technically Yes they will but you have to install an android emulator which basically turns your PC screen into an android tablet. The best free one I have found and use regularly is Nox which is at Free Android Emulator on PC and Mac - Download NoxPlayer
I strongly recommend you look at the YouTube tutorials available regarding installation and usage.

Chromecast is merely a way of transmitting pictures via your mobile phone/tablet to a television screen. The three apps I recommend only work on a PC if you have an emulator running such as Nox. they are perfect though for installing on either an android tablet, mobile or Amazon firestick.
