if he was getting attacked first, surely they would have reported that by now?Looks like he was getting attacked and then drives than breaks and drives and then drives off in a video before the incident

wheres this video?Just saw a video of the man in his car before the incident when his car was stationary and people were attacking his car. He must of went crazy and reacted and did what he did
The man drives down the street running over about a dozen people. He is the 53 year white male. Whatever causes his behaviour hooliganism mental breakdown he is clearly in charge of the car. And nearly gets a pasting as a result. Not sure what other person's of intrest are relevantHe doesn't look like a 53 old male judging by the videos of the man in car before the incident
This sounds exactly correct. That’s what will have pissed people off and I'm going to say it that fan base has its hot heads. He's tried to drive down an exclusion zone. That's ehy Spurs was set a full ten minutes away from thd high road.I have seen what appears to be earlier footage. It does look like people go after the vehicle but it seems like there was an incident before; as in people were pissed off a car was trying to go through a parade. The footage is unverified but it doesn't look like a 53 year old, that is all I will say, but perhaps that is just the video.
Either way this is a monumental fuck up by the police. This was not the case of a driver ramming through cordons
I’ve deleted in case it’s bollox
I'm so glad.Just had to confirm my twin brother was not caught up in it as he lives literally 5 minutes away...phew he is fine...he is in Africa at the moment. He didn't tell me he was away, but it I just had that mad panic and then relief.
That doesn't really make much sense because he is going towards a blocked road with nowhere to go and it is full of people (i.e. there is nowhere to go apart from the parade route which I have to assume is still cordoned off). They reopened the road apparently and some are saying it was still too full of people to allow cars, as he set off folk don't know it's reopened and get annoyed and start kicking and hitting the motor ( all very hot head) for whatever reason he barrels off hits someone then it's a mob and he knows he's getting torn apart because ( rightly folks fear it's terrorism ) he panics and plows into people. In told the coppers were incredibly brave in protecting the mug. Possibly saved his life. Some say he's pissed can't confirm any of this. But Spurs did not reopened them roads till gone midnight.
I didn't mean necessarily with a car...It couldn't have been us mate. For the reasons me and a few other posters who went pointed out...someone at either Liverpool FC or Merseyside police have messed up. You dead right about everything else though sadly.
Looks like a terrible combination of
- a police fuck up
- the driver bizarrely trying to get through such a busy area
- a minority of the crowd acting like idiots, trying to smash the car up
- a moment of fear and/or anger
