I don't mind that - I also think it would be good for Newcastle because the last English Manager to win a trophy was Harry Redknapp.
 
I did actually envisage waking up this morning liverpool fans on talksport complaining about officials or something to blame. They got beat fair and square. Think liverpool hijacked Nunez deal ahead of us so we dodged a bullet there.

It’s one thing winning a PL during a very poor season when everyone struggled and you got penalties or red cards every 1.6 games.

Another thing to do it against really elite teams playing at full intensity

Can we say they actually bottle two chances of silverware? Still a long way to go in CL for them I know. But as the top club to progress from group stage, brought a 1-0 advantage to Anfield and lost to pens surely was a bottle job?
