Probably the most entitled and childish interview I’ve ever seen. It’s embarrassing. 33 year old man fully throwing his toys out the pram because he’s been dropped after clearly playing badly.

Horrendous way to treat his teammates too .. they’re in a really bad state and the last thing they need is this shit in the press.

Salah seems to be in denial that age 33 wingers don’t last long in the PL.

He keeps talking about what he’s done for the club instead of what he’s doing. You can’t just give out playing time based on past performances.

Thankfully we moved Sonny on before it ever came to this with him.

Sonny himself had the humbleness and self thought to know his time in the prem was done.

Unsurprised that salah gets toxic instead of just accepting it

Salah hasnt 'downed tools' IMHO.

Its an AFCON year and he always has worse form in those as he wants to stay for for kt and then comes back tired.

IMHO Slot has been right to drop him, no other manager has had the balls to do it when he isn't giving 100%

He sounds like an absolute bell end.

Everything that most people think these modem day footballers are....spoilt fucking children lol

Yeah it’s no surprise. Doubt his team mates will like those comments either. The other day v Bruges he let a player go past him and didn’t even bother to chase him back, he just visibly gave up. At that point I knew he was definitely done.

I’m just glad he won’t be scoring against us like usual, later this month as he is off to the African nations cup beforehand.

It’s quite laughable that someone that seems to have had time catch up with him quite quickly, who otherwise doesn’t chip in defensively ensuring that his team essentially play with 10 men seems to think he should be a starter because of former glories.

Yeah an inform Salah we'd have no chance.

Now it's a proper 50/50 game. In fact I think we can take advantage of their defense big time.

Quietly confident for it.

Example no 374856 of why I don’t like Dutch (and Portuguese) managers.

In the context that Etikite aside, Slot’s big summer signings have been a by and large massive flops so far, Salah is right to feel aggrieved.

Several players at Liverpool have performed below the level (Virgil, Gapko) and still get picked no issue.

Don’t ever let your manager scapegoat you and not fight back, especially if you delivered a title for him and have been an exceptional performer for years.

I reckon LFC know that they’ve made some monumental mistakes (Wirtz, Isak) and now they need to sacrifice Salah to create the wiggle room to try and fix it.

You can say Salah’s ego is getting the better of him, but it’s that same insane self belief that made him the player he has been. It’s not like he told a lie about his accomplishments.

100% agree.

For me it js very similar to what Ronaldo did at United, and to an extent what Kane did with us.

Great players all of them but there are ways to deal with disappointment or what you perceive as being let down..

Either way fcuk Salah and fcuk Liverpol. So glad this has happened to that club, after the way in which they acquired Isak..

Salah has been shit and part of the problem. Sacrafice salah? Got his big contract and started turning in shit performances. Deserved to be dropped and throwing the team under the bus for a so called leader
