Club Come here to laugh at Gooners

Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

They have just been comprehensively outplayed and outfought by a team that's 15th in the Legaue and only won twice.

Any oppo manager watching that will now see how to play against them:
1. Press Partey + Press the CB that's on the ball
2. Have the farside winger come central and press the CB without the ball
3. When they go back to the Keeper - press keeper too
4. Back this up With FB's moving up to squeeze their FB's

All rushed passes that make it past this press midfield to be aggressive with lose with 2nd ball.

Last season it was Southampton that showed how to play against us (I talking about non-top teams) after Conte had begun to get us performing his patterns. Southampton held us at 1-1 but were very good and we were a touch fortunate with the point. We squeaked past Watford in the next game who tried to copy Southampton, then we got a ridiculous last min equalizer and then a winner against Leicester, Southampton then played great against us again this time at home and we lost, then Wolves repeated it and then Burnley!!! 11 points dropped by teams who attempted to emulate what Southampton did to us.

We got our shit back together and it was still early in Conte's time but other teams will study what Leeds did today, they weren't fortunate they completely outplayed them.

Woolwich's next games are PSV, Southampton (who absolutely can emulate what Leeds have just done, hopefully without their high backline), PSV, Forrest (meh but they beat them easily last season in the Cup), Zurich (meh), Chavs, Brighton, Wolves. I see 4 teams completely capable of taking points off them and have PSV rough them up a couple of times.

Even when it's not been pretty watching us this term we don't get outplayed like they were today. Today was a very good day al be it frustrating because they robbed a result undeserving of their performance, they didn't dig deep, they were outplayed and got lucky.
That makes it worse, when they played that badly, and still won!!!
I'm having horrible flashbacks to when Leicester won the league and we were just waiting for them to lose week after week and it never happened.
even Tony Adams is getting through on Strictly, even though he is truly dreadful!

Must admit I much prefer the fun glass is half full Mrs P . Come on Mrs P snap out of it , you are the voice of reason on here. We need you to tell us everything will be ok, we need your reassurance that Tony. Adams won’t win Strictly

They won because of Leeds and questionable officiating decisions. NOTHING they did secured that win, they weren't resilient, they didn't dig in and "grind out a result". I and absolutely positive that Arteta and Woolwich PR team will spin it as this but there's nothing to demonstrate it, they were simply outplayed.

Today has shown other teams how to play against them, and where their weaknesses are. If other teams study this game they will take points from them.

I fear a team that on an off day wins but wins because they never give up, remain in the game are resolute and find a way. Today was a good day watching them.

I don’t watch it either, but you just know the gooners would treat him winning Strictly like a title :mourcry:

i think we will be ok , looking at the video clips of the Donkey posted in here , I am very relaxed

That would be such a sad day if he won it, the goons will be going on about it for decades, a bit like the spammers still going on about winning the World Cup!

He’s getting a few goals. Might be time to introduce him to the hell that is my fantasy team!
Slippery slope, mate, unless your team is so shit that you know he’ll go tits up the moment you put him in.

The last time I played fantasy football, I refused to pick anyone from the top 6 other than Spurs. My team was full of Spurs players and relegation fodder. Needless to say, my financial contribution to the overall prize was happily received. Only do Baseball now.

So having seen MOTD. The Gabriel foul was a bit of a joke. Just pathetic. Cannot see what he's done wrong. Then later on I don't how Gabriels red doesn't stand. It's not a pen as bamford fouls him first but he still kicks out and that's violent conduct???
